About this event

Help shape the future of Erasmus+ impact monitoring by contributing your insights to co-create practical tools for school education organizations.

This workshop is an opportunity for school education organizations involved in Erasmus+ projects to actively shape the next generation of impact monitoring tools. Rather than a typical training session, this is a collaborative space where your experiences and ideas will directly influence the creation of a new toolkit aimed at making impact monitoring simpler and more effective for organizations like yours.

Hosted by Demos Helsinki—a global think tank working with National Agencies from 10 participating countries—this workshop will focus on co-creation and ideation. Your input will guide the experimentation of innovative tools that will streamline impact monitoring in Erasmus+ projects. By participating, you’ll help ensure the tools reflect the realities and needs of your organization.

What’s in it for you:

  • Play a pivotal role in designing the next Erasmus+ impact monitoring toolkit
  • Collaborate with peers across Europe to share challenges and explore innovative solutions
  • Influence the development of tools that are tailored to the needs of school education organizations
  • Gain early insights into tools and strategies that can make your impact monitoring more streamlined

Please note that participation is limited to 20 participants per participating country, and spaces will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. When registering, be sure to select the ticket corresponding to the country your organization is based in to ensure your participation is properly recorded.

List of participating countries: Austria, Belgium (Flemish speaking part), Cyprus, Czech Republic, Finland, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, and Netherlands.

Demos Helsinki is a globally operating, independent think tank. We conduct research, offer consultancy services, host a global alliance of social imagination.

We intentionally strive to hold and balance exquisite tensions that pervade today’s societal structures and actors.
