Cost
The prices include access to the conference room, meals and hotel room as described below. Our colleagues from the Swedish Forest Agency will handle the reservations with the hotel, any extra night has to be booked directly with the hotel. All costs are currently in SEK, no taxes included. Final cost in euro will depend on the current exchange rate.
Option 1
- Arrival on the 21st, leaving on the 22nd in the evening. i.e. only one night. No dinner is included on the 22nd. Price: 2346 SEK (around 205 EUR).
Option 2
- Arrival on the 21st, leaving on the 22nd in the evening. i.e. only one night. Dinner included on the 22nd.Price 2662 SEK (around 233 EUR).
Option 3
- Arrival on the 21st, leaving the morning of the 23rd. i.e. two nights without participating in the field trip. Price: 3652 (around 320 EUR).
Option 4
- Arrival on the 21st, leaving on the 23rd after the field trip, i.e. two nights participating in the field trip. Price: 3968 (around 350 EUR).
Extra nights: If booked before 15 April, the cost is 1200 SEK/night (around 107 EUR) with breakfast included. Participants need to book directly with the hotel sending an email to bokning@hotellbotanika.se providing the reference number 24191.
Pre-dinner activity 21 May - 17:00 – 18:00 (Optional)

Field trip
Starts at 8:30 from the hotel, transportation will be back in Uppsala around 16:30 at the train station or hotel depending on when people are leaving. The topic will be advisory services and sustainable forestry.
How to best travel to and from Uppsala
Fly to Arlanda international airport. Take the train directly from the airport to Uppsala (approx. 20 min). Tickets can be bought at www.sj.se/en or in ticket machines at the airport.
Local transportation in Uppsala is provided by UL www.ul.se/en
